Blanchard Mnt: State Sen. Harriet Spaniel came to a meeting and said that the number one thing citizens can do to take action is to write letters to news-paper editors, to Doug Sutherland, Com-missioner of Public Lands, to Skagit County Commissioners and to DNR. It is easier than attending meetings or doing trail work or protesting. So if you haven’t written one lately, now is the time.
