Tired of looking for that last minute trip or partner?  Corrina Marote has set up and is managing the SAC outings listserve at Yahoo!  The purpose of the site is to provide time critical communications between members with the primary focus on short term trip plans and partners.  This listserve is for SAC members only, to join the club go to the membership info page.  If you are interested in joining the listserve, check out the site or contact Corrina at corrina.marote@gmail.com .

Interested in being a trip leader? Submit your trip to skagitalpineclub@comcast.net. Please include leader's name and contact information, dates, total elevation gain and distance to be traveled, travel time to the trailhead, days gone, cost (if any), and skill or gear requirements.


OUTINGS:  To participate, call the trip leader.  Space may be limited or there could be additional skill or gear requirements.


Hiking Through History In Northern Spain October 12 - 28th, 2008 submitted by Janell Werner
Hike the famous Camino de Santiago trail beginning at Burgos and finishing at the Cathedral in Santiago. We hike the most scenic and interesting parts of the trail.

Little Mountain Trail Work Party!  Saturday September 13th.  Come join us on Fred and Ginny Darvill's trail on Little Mountain.  We will be building a turnpike, pulling ivy, and general trail maintenance.  Bring raingear, tools, and a lunch.  We will meet at Ginny's house at 8:30 AM.  For more details contact Lynn at sancho999@comcast.net or call 428-4237.
